Launch Your Podcast Like a Strategic Asset, Not Just Another Content Channel

Your podcast should open doors, attract ideal clients, and position you as the authority in your space, without getting lost in the tech or the overwhelm.

IS THIS YOU RIGHT NOW?

❌ You know podcasting could amplify your authority, but you're overwhelmed

by where to start

😅 You're worried about launching and crickets...

or worse, launching and then ghosting your own show

👀 You keep starting and stopping because you don't have clarity on your positioning or who you're even talking to

💭 You dream of a podcast that actually drives revenue and positions you as THE expert, not just another thing on your to-do list

If so, you’re not alone. There is a better way.

✴ What if your podcast was strategically positioned from day one?

You'd know exactly who you're talking to, what they need, and how your show serves your business goals, not just creating content for content's sake.

✴ What if launching felt clear and confident instead of overwhelming?

You'd have a roadmap, professional production handled, and the tech taken care of so you can focus on showing up and having great conversations.

✴ What if your podcast actually drove revenue?

You'd have a clear conversion path that moves listeners from discovery, to your email list, to your offers, turning your podcast into a working asset, not just a hobby.

If you’re finding yourself nodding along to all this, you’re not alone…

Most founders launch excited, post a few episodes, then ghost their own show within 6 months.

Why? Because they skipped the strategy and jumped straight to recording.

Your podcast isn't just audio. It's the top of your funnel, a body of work that proves your expertise, and a platform that attracts the exact clients you want to work with.

But only if it's positioned right from the start.

That's what my launch packages are designed to do: get the strategy right, execute flawlessly, and launch you with confidence and clarity.

Which is why I’m so excited to introduce:

Launch with

Resonant Collective

Strategic positioning + professional production so you launch with clarity, not chaos.

Two packages. Same strategic approach. Different levels of depth and post-launch support. Both designed to position your podcast right from the start and execute flawlessly.

✴ HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL GET ✴

Foundation Launch

$2,200 | 4-6 Week Timeline

For founders who want a professionally produced, strategically positioned podcast, without getting lost in the tech.

Your podcast should be an asset that drives authority and revenue from day one. This package handles the strategy, setup, and your first month of content so you can launch with confidence and clarity.

01. Strategic Foundation Session

(60 min.)

We'll get crystal clear on who you're talking to, what they need from you, and how your podcast positions you as the authority. This is where we nail your messaging framework and show positioning so everything that follows is strategically aligned with your business goals.

02. Podcast Naming & Discovery Optimization

Your show name and description are your first impression in search results. We'll refine your podcast name to be compelling and discoverable, then write an SEO-optimized description that attracts the right listeners and tells them exactly why they should press play.

03. Branded Audio Assets

You'll get a professionally produced trailer (released early to build buzz and prime the algorithm), plus a custom intro and outro with music integration. These become the consistent branding elements that bookend every episode and make your show feel polished from day one.

04. Fully Edited Episodes

Your raw audio (up to 120 minutes total across 4 episodes) gets transformed into polished, professional episodes. Each one includes episode title refinement for discoverability and a strategic summary (1-2 concise paragraphs) designed to convert browsers into listeners.

05. Launch-Ready Hosting & Scheduling

Your podcast hosting gets set up on Buzzsprout (chosen for its ease and reliability), episodes uploaded, launch dates scheduled, and your show distributed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all major platforms. Just show up and record—everything else is handled.

06. 14 Days Post-Launch Email Support

Once you're live, email support covers you for two weeks as you find your rhythm, troubleshoot any questions, and settle into your new role as a podcast host.

What You Provide:

Final cover art, music selection, launch graphics (if desired)

Additional Costs:

Hosting subscription (~$12-24/month), equipment, and licensed music are not included

Each package includes up to 120 minutes of total raw audio across 4 episodes (averaging 30 minutes per episode). Episodes exceeding this total may incur additional production fees.

Upgrade to Authority Launch

$4,200 | 6-8 Week Timeline

For founders who are serious about using their podcast as a long-term authority and revenue asset, not just a content channel.

This is for the founder who understands that a strategically aligned podcast can open doors, attract ideal clients, and position you as the go-to expert in your space. We'll build your show with intention, plan your content with purpose, and launch with momentum.

Everything in Foundation Launch, plus deeper strategic work and extended post-launch support:

01. Extended Strategy Intensive

(90 min.)

+ Competitive Positioning

Go beyond audience clarity into a deep dive on your competitive landscape, category strategy, and how to position your podcast to stand out. This is where we map your unique angle and make sure you're not just another voice in your space—you're THE voice.

02. 90-Day Topic Roadmap

A co-created 12-episode content roadmap that's directly aligned to your business goals, upcoming launches, and offers. Every episode is strategically planned to move listeners through your funnel, from discovery to trust to conversion. No more, "What should I talk about this week?"

03. Full Strategic Show Notes

Instead of summaries, each episode gets comprehensive show notes that are structured, keyword-optimized, and designed to convert. These aren't just descriptions. They're strategic content that works for SEO, gives listeners clear takeaways, and includes strategic CTAs that move people into your world.

04. Launch Visibility Plan

A customized launch plan that includes email sequence guidance (how to leverage your existing list) and organic promotion strategy (how to build buzz on the platforms where you already show up). This ensures your launch has momentum from day one—not crickets.

05. Extended Post-Launch Support + Strategic Integration Call

30 days of email support (double the Foundation timeline), plus a 45-minute Strategic Integration Call after launch. We'll review performance data, see what's resonating, identify what needs refinement, and adjust strategy for continued growth.

FAQs

How long does the launch process take?

Foundation Launch takes 4-6 weeks from our initial strategy session to your first episode going live. Authority Launch takes 6-8 weeks because of the deeper strategic work and extended content roadmap.

Timeline depends on how quickly you provide your assets (cover art, music selection) and recorded audio. I'll give you clear deadlines for each step so we stay on track.

What if I've never recorded a podcast before?

Perfect! Most of my clients are launching their first show. I'll walk you through the technical setup during our strategy session—what microphone to use, how to record quality audio, and best practices for a clean recording environment.

You don't need fancy equipment to start. A decent USB microphone (like a Blue Yeti or Audio-Technica ATR2100) and a quiet space are all you need.

Do I need to have my first episodes recorded before we start?

Nope. We do the strategy work first: nail your positioning, clarify your messaging, and map your content roadmap. THEN you record based on what we've planned together. This ensures every episode is strategically aligned with your business goals from the start.

What happens after launch?

You have a few options:

-Continue on your own (Buzzsprout makes it easy to manage)

-Work with me on a monthly retainer for ongoing production + strategy

-Pop back in for one-off support as needed

If you choose Authority Launch, we'll talk through what makes sense during your Strategic Integration Call. If you choose Foundation Launch, we can discuss next steps at the end of your 14-day support window.

Can I upgrade from Foundation to Authority mid-process?

Absolutely. Just let me know and we'll adjust the scope and pricing accordingly. The earlier you upgrade, the more seamlessly we can integrate the additional strategic components (like the 90-day topic roadmap and launch visibility plan).

Do I need fancy equipment?

Not at all. A decent USB microphone (around $60-130) and a quiet recording space are enough to produce professional-quality audio. I'll walk you through the technical setup during our strategy session so you're recording clean audio from episode one.

If you want specific recommendations based on your budget and recording environment, just ask—I'm happy to point you in the right direction.

What if I'm not sure podcasting is right for me yet?

That's exactly why we start with a consultation call. We'll talk through your business goals, your offers, and whether a podcast makes strategic sense for where you are right now.

I'd rather tell you you're not ready than take your money and watch you struggle. Podcasting works when you have clarity on your audience, your positioning, and what you want listeners to do after they discover you. If those pieces aren't in place yet, we'll talk about what needs to happen first.

How do podcasts actually make money?

Not through sponsorships—unless you have tens of thousands of downloads per episode, sponsor revenue is pennies.

The real money comes from using your podcast as the top of your funnel. You position yourself as the authority, build trust with listeners, and convert them into your offers—whether that's a course, coaching, consulting, or services.

That's why strategy comes first in both launch packages. We make sure your podcast isn't just content—it's a revenue-driving asset with a clear path from listener to client.
